Recognizing the growing importance of mobile platforms, airBaltic sought to enhance its digital presence by upgrading its mobile application.
Food Union planning and logistics
Food Union, one of Europe's largest ice cream manufacturers, partnered with Mitigate to revolutionize their street ice cream delivery operations in Norway and Denmark. The challenge was clear: ice cream truck routes were based on tradition rather than data, with no systematic way to monitor sales efficiency or driver performance. Mitigate developed a comprehensive digital ecosystem - including an electronic route planner, customer self-service portal, and driver mobile app - that transformed Food Union's operations from paper-based routes to data-driven optimization, gamification, and real-time customer engagement.
LMT EDLUS
LMT (Latvijas Mobilais Telefons), Latvia's leading telecommunications provider, partnered with Mitigate to develop a comprehensive electronic working time accounting system. In response to Latvia's 2017 legislative requirement mandating electronic time tracking for construction sites, LMT needed a robust, user-friendly solution that would help construction contractors comply with the law while streamlining their operations. The result is EDLUS - a mobile-first time tracking system that has transformed how construction companies manage employee registration and working hours.
GHG Emissions Management Platform
Organizations face growing pressure to measure and report greenhouse gas emissions in compliance with GHG Protocol, PCAF, and ESRS standards. Traditional spreadsheet-based approaches are error-prone and unable to scale with complex requirements across all emission scopes. The European Youth Parliament is a peer-to-peer educational programme that inspires and empowers young people from across Europe to be open-minded, tolerant and active citizens. Organisation provides participants with a forum to develop and express their opinions on a wide range of topics.

EPS is the electronic procurement system of AS Latvenergo (LEPS). Its main purpose is to ensure procurement organisation and management in a web-based environment. The system facilitates the work of both tenderers and the organisation’s procurement specialists.

SOMA is a platform that offers a wide selection of learning materials and activities for students of all ages. Teachers can also use the platform to manage and maintain the teaching process and keep track of their students’ progress.
FITSFUL
Fitsful is a local solution by Mitigate that makes it easy and convenient to organise small and medium-sized events with multiple attendees. The app is designed with sports events and tournaments in mind but is also a reliable companion when organising house parties or any other event.

ENME is an employee engagement assessment platform used by both team leaders and HR. As one of the indicators of a successful company is employee engagement and satisfaction with the work environment, the ENME platform is used to help team leaders keep their finger on the pulse and react in a timely manner to deviations in the indicators.
