FN Serviss is one of the leading workplace safety and fire safety service providers in the Baltics. They partnered with Mitigate to develop a unified digital platform — FN-SERVISS Safety Portal — replacing a fragmented set of legacy tools.
About the project
The existing setup relied on Excel and Google Forms for client assessments and a separate web platform (MansFN) for training and e-signature workflows. None of these systems were integrated.
The new FN-SERVISS Safety Portal consolidates everything into a single modular, web-based platform covering configurable client audits, automated document generation from assessment data, employee training, mandatory health check card management, a structured document archive, and integration with major HR systems.
Challenges
The core technical challenge was replacing a decades-old web platform (MansFN) and a collection of disconnected Excel, Word, and Google Forms-based tools, and bringing everything together into a single web platform that works smoothly for both FN Serviss's internal team and their hundreds of client companies with thousands of end users.
A key requirement was making the entire template and workflow logic fully configurable by non-developers, so FN Serviss specialists could independently manage document structures, assessment flows, and business rules without touching code.
Result
Together with FN Serviss we replaced a fragmented set of legacy tools with a single modular Safety Portal. The platform serves the internal team and hundreds of client companies with thousands of end users — and its templates, assessment flows and business rules can be managed by FN Serviss specialists themselves, without touching code.
