We work with several AI models and choose the model per task, so a change of provider does not mean a rebuild. Data stays in the EU or on your own servers.
How we work
An AI project starts with a workshop: which tasks take the most time, where the documents and data are, and what "good enough" looks like for each use case. The proof of concept runs on your real documents, with a measured result rather than a demo. Production work then follows the Mitigate model like any other system: roles, a time plan, quality assurance and change management, plus the tests and monitoring that AI features need.
We also help with the EU AI Act transparency requirements - telling users when they are talking to AI and marking AI-generated content. There is a five-minute checklist on the blog.
