What we expect from a new colleague:

Education and experience:

• Higher education preferred - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• At least 5 years of experience in iOS or other mobile app development

Technical skills:

• Excellent knowledge of Swift and SwiftUI
• Experience in designing and developing complex applications
• Experience with hybrid technologies (e.g., KMP, CMP, React Native)
• Ability to coordinate and support the work of junior developers
• Experience in application testing and test automation
• Ability to solve complex problems
• A good understanding of application performance and profiling tools and processes

Language skills:

• Excellent Latvian and English language skills (written and spoken)

How will your day look like?

• Perform software development work
• Communicate with the client and provide consultation, evaluate project needs, analyze work tasks and regularly demonstrate the result
• Look for solutions according to the client's situation and present them in a simple manner
• Develop architecturally sustainable solutions and encourage the use/integration of new technologies and solutions in projects
• Review other colleague's work and give feedback
• You will continuously improve your knowledge
