We've grown without structured marketing - now we're looking for our first digital marketing specialist who will:

  • Build the marketing function from scratch
  • Choose technologies and processes (CRM, automation, analytics)
  • Directly impact product growth in Latvia and export markets

Your mission:

Build and lead marketing to create stable, predictable demand for our IT products and ESG platform — from target audience research and positioning to qualified leads (MQL), sales opportunities (SQL), and measurable revenue.

EXPECTED SKILLS:

Education and experience:

  • 3-5+ years hands-on experience in B2B/SaaS digital marketing (solo or small team)
  • Experience implementing full cycle: from hypotheses to KPI results

Knowledge and interest:

  • GA4, GTM, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Search Console, basic SEO
  • Landing page creation from templates, CRO, A/B testing, UTM and event schemas
  • Excel/Sheets (budgets, forecasts, UTM)

Language skills:

  • Excellent Latvian and English skills (written and verbal)

Additional skills (highly valued):

  • HubSpot, Ahrefs/Semrush, Hotjar, basic HTML/CSS, Figma/Canva, ABM
  • Understanding of APIs and data integrations
  • Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc.) for marketing processes
  • Interest in ESG/CSRD, iXBRL, double materiality

Soft skills:

  • Independence and ability to build stable foundation and systems
  • Revenue mindset, data discipline, precision, and quick execution
  • Desire to be a pioneer and build something from scratch

HOW WILL YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE?

  • Strategy and Planning

    • Define and develop buyer personas and customer journeys for each product
    • Drive go-to-market strategies for new products and features
    • Execute competitor analysis and market research to identify opportunities
  • Campaigns and Channels

    • Execute multi-channel campaigns: Google Ads/YouTube, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, retargeting, email
    • Build and optimize landing pages, conduct A/B tests and CRO
    • Leverage AI tools for content generation and campaign optimization
  • Content and Automation

    • Create content in LV/EN: ad copy, landing page microcopy, blogs, emails, webinar materials
    • Implement marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot/Mailchimp or others) and lead nurturing processes
    • Build marketing infrastructure - from tracking pixels to email automation
  • Measurement and Collaboration

    • Measure and report with GA4, GTM, Looker/Data Studio, ensure UTM discipline and attribution - choosing tools based on your expertise
    • Collaborate with Sales (lead quality, playbook, sales enablement)
    • Plan budgets, forecasts, control ROI/ROAS and CAC payback

Selection process:

  1. 45-60 min conversation about experience and KPI thinking
  2. Short practical task (48h): mini campaign plan (ESG Platform or other product) — 2 ad variants, 1 landing page skeleton, measurement plan and monthly forecasts
  3. Results presentation and Q&A
