These first few weeks have been a whirlwind of planning, research, and deep diving into the world of technical assurance. While the challenge is enormous, and it will put every strategic skill I have to the test, I love the opportunity to build something trustworthy. I am still shaping the initial plan and laying the groundwork for everything to come.

I am Linda Lauze, and I have the exhilarating challenge of single-handedly building Mitigate's entire marketing. My mission is to build our marketing engine from the ground up, turning our technical excellence into a compelling, clear, and visible story for the world.

In my prior marketing roles, I established and grew marketing operations, overseeing everything from SEO/SEM and digital content to brand development and process standardization. I was in charge of leading strategic campaigns, building brand awareness, and managing finances, etc. This combination of practical and strategic experience is appropriate for identifying Mitigate's value and presenting technological accomplishments to a professional audience. To create a sustainable, scalable marketing function for a high-growth digital firm, not just execution is required, but also strategic vision.

This amount of ownership provides an incredible personal thrill. While the pressure is significant to be the sole person converting profound technical value into global market awareness, the possibility for growth and direct effect is unparalleled.

This journey represents a significant step forward in my professional development, primarily because I am entering the specialized world of B2B software services and complex SaaS products, covering demanding areas such as full-cycle web development, mobile applications, strategic DevOps infrastructure, and promoting specialized in-house platforms such as the ESG Platform, AUSTRA ERP, and ENME.

I get to do this work alongside colleagues who are not only incredibly professional and intelligent, but also genuinely kind and nice people. The supportive atmosphere here makes this ambitious task feel entirely possible. Building something from nothing is extremely gratifying!
