About Us
January 2023
Mitigate expanded its operations, seizing new opportunities and offering environmental, social and governance (ESG) products. Simultaneously, the team enhanced its expertise in AI competency and the associated advantages.

Mitigate social responsibility
We actively participate
BEAT IT is a two-month mentoring program for young women, during which participants aged 16 to 21 gain knowledge, practical experience and confidence in themselves and their future dreams.
Throughout the program, webinars, in-person events and weekly discussions with mentors take place, gradually assisting participants in achieving their goals.
The pilot season of the Mitigate Academy has been conducted, during which 15 participants were given the opportunity to learn the basics of Ruby on Rails free of charge for two weeks under the guidance of experienced mentors.
“In such a short time, acquiring a new programming language and framework, even developing a simple application – it was a fantastic experience. It provided insights into the daily operations of the IT industry and being a part of the team. Amazing opportunity!” expressed the graduates.
MITIGATE SUPPORTS
Mitigate is a socially responsible enterprise and engages in various projects, including supporting SOS Children’s Villages.
The Latvian SOS Children’s Village association is a charity organisation that creates and supports SOS families for children who are left without parental care. It also assists families in crisis situations.
The Mitigate team actively participates in monthly events organised by the DevClub.lv IT specialist community, where discussions on industry topics for developers are held and experiences are shared. DevClub.lv not only provides regular educational lectures and experience stories but also offers wide networking and communication opportunities among IT professionals.
